I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. While the views from the bayfront rooms are stunning, the overall experience was plagued by poor cleanliness and inadequate service. The private beach access was nice, and the location is relatively quiet, but I would have expected much more from a hotel at this price point. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and regretting my choice to stay here.

The room initially appeared clean, but I soon found out it wasn't properly cleaned, with surfaces untouched and an alarming lack of basic toiletries. The presence of a bloody paper towel didn't help matters. Rating: 3

The front desk staff was unhelpful and often seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. They rarely apologized for the multiple letdowns I faced. Rating: 2
